Who we are

Meerkat Agenda LLC is owned by Tornus and Dr Smartypants.

Tornus runs the organization with help from Dr Smartypants and others.

Doing consent work is a high-risk activity and we regularly receive threats of all kinds. For that reason, some of our contributors choose to remain anonymous.

Meerkat Agenda is an LLC for reasons of simplicity and efficiency, but it does not generate revenue.

What’s with all the meerkats?

We look to meerkat packs as lighthearted inspiration for our communities:

Meerkats are collaborative
They form large social groups, live in communal burrows, and help raise each other’s young.

Meerkats stand up to predators
All members of the pack take turns standing guard against predators. If a snake gets too close to a meerkat burrow, the entire pack rallies to drive it off.

Meerkats are tough
They literally eat scorpions for breakfast and are immune to scorpion venom.

Meerkats are adorbs
It is a scientifically proven fact that meerkats are the cutest of all animals.
